How to cancel

If you wish to cancel your plan, please contact our cancellation team.

Cancellation terms

There is an initial cooling off period as defined below.

  • The ‘cooling off period’ is the fourteen day period from the date you have agreed to purchase your service plan and the payment is taken.

  • If you change your mind during the cooling off period, you can cancel your plan and we’ll refund all fees paid.  

If you have already used our service, no refund will be given and you will have to pay the cost of the agreement in full. 

If you have not received a service, but you are outside of the cooling off period you are not ENTITLED to any refund.
